Kate Horsey – Director 

The Director of Red Frog Consulting, Kate Horsey, has a diverse work history that includes over 20 years experience in Human Resources and recruitment across a wide diversity of industries. She has undertaken management and recruiting consultancies with small and large organisations in Australia and internationally.  

In addition to extensive experience in the human resources area, her work has included commercialisation of intellectual property; hospitality, franchising, government, property development and financial services.  Kate offers a broad range of commercial and leadership abilities, strategic and generalist HR skills and a demonstrated capacity to deliver results.  Her tertiary qualifications include architecture, entrepreneurship and innovation, social administration and community development.  

Kate draws upon a range of recruitment and management methodologies to address a variety of client needs.  Her focus is on building organisational capacity using simple processes and tools that are time and cost effective.  Her approach is respectful of clients and candidates alike.   

Kate established Red Frog Consulting to explore ways in which she could bring her skills and experience to the small business and social sector.
